On the sidelines of the 24th edition of the International Congress of Supreme Audit Institutions (INCOSAI), held in Rio de Janeiro from November 7 to 11, 2022, the First President Zineb El Adaoui signed, on Wednesday, November 9, a memorandum of understanding with Mr. Alexei Koudrine, President of the Court of Accounts of the Russian Federation.

This memorandum of understanding which constitutes a platform of work between the two parties in the fields of common interest, also aims at exchanging the experiences accumulated by each institution in the fields related to the audit, the superior control of public finances as well as the improvement of the quality of the services rendered to the citizens.
